All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal preference.

Because our products are produced based on demand, pre-orders are also final and cannot be canceled once production has started.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if the issue is confirmed, provide an appropriate resolution such as a replacement or refund.

Please make sure you carefully review the size chart, product details, and shipping information before placing your order.

RICH BOY reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the requirements above.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
